Hi, Firstly Non condensing boilers can still be fitted, provided you gain an exemption certificate from the local authority building control !! There are stricy crieta for these exemptions, but in short it amounts to the time taken to 'Pay Back' the addittional costs of having to install the condensate discharge pipe-work vis a vis the fuel cost savings / over a certain time period.
